• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.
3. Payment:
• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
4. Gift Certificates:
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
5. Health Conditions:
• Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for a client’s health.
6. Personal Belongings:
• NB Beauty Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
7. Behavior:
• We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the service and potential ban from the studio.

• Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes.

9. Service Satisfaction:
• If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the studio so we can address your concerns.
